Façade Remediation Works – Resident Information

This website has been created to keep residents and local stakeholders informed about the upcoming façade remediation works at Monument Court.
GPF Lewis PLC is overseeing the project and is committed to keeping residents updated throughout the duration of the works. This page will be regularly updated with progress reports, key dates, and answers to common questions.
What to Expect:
Works to Date:
The scheme has now received full approval from the Building Safety Regulator for the works to progress under the Government funded scheme.
The site set up has now been completed with compound and welfare huts established, providing isolated areas for our works and operatives.
Scaffold erection is currently taking place on Block A, this will continue over the next period in readiness for the facade remediation works to commence.
You may well already be aware that access routes around the site have been altered as scaffolding works progress we will continue to manage this process to ensure your safety at all times.
Further updates will be provided as the project progresses and once main works begin.
Upcoming Works
Over the coming weeks the following works will be taking place on block A.

Continue with scaffold erection around the building

Continue with forming residents access walkways

Localised intrusive surveys will be taking place on the facade to establish current wall build up.

Commence demolition /removal of existing external wall finishes. Refer to attached newsletter for locations
The works to blocks B & D will follow on at a later date and prior notice will be provided to the residents.
