GPF Lewis PLC is overseeing the project and is committed to keeping residents updated throughout the duration of the works. This page will be regularly updated with progress reports, key dates, and answers to common questions.
What to Expect:

Works to Date:
At this stage, the Monument Court façade remediation project is in its pre-construction phase.
Initial activities have focused on planning and preparation to ensure the works can be carried out safely and efficiently while the building remains occupied.
These activities include:
Project planning and coordination
Site surveys and inspections
Development of health and safety arrangements
Liaison with building management and stakeholders
Preparation for the installation of scaffolding
No major construction works have commenced at this time. Residents may notice limited activity on site related to surveys or preliminary setup.
Further updates will be provided as the project progresses and once main works begin.
Upcoming Works
Over the coming weeks, the project is expected to move from the planning phase into early site activities.
The initial focus will be on site setup and preparation, including the commencement of scaffolding erection to Block A, then progressing to Block B, then Block D.
Residents may begin to notice:
